Welcome to Back into Action Physiotherapy
At Back into Action Physiotherapy we believe our approach is unique. We have spent many years working with elite athletes and professional sports people; they are a demanding bunch which means that we have had to develop excellent diagnostic and treatment skills. We think there is no reason for you not to expect the very same approach and that remains our aim.
Our clinic is in a rural barn conversion in Pamington, Gloucestershire, providing a relaxed environment for treatment and easy parking. Only 5 minutes from junction 9 of the M5 we are easily accessed from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Evesham & Tewkesbury.

What you can expect
You can expect us to get to know you and understand your specific needs. We will go through a detailed assessment and explain the diagnosis so that you understand it. Treatment is very much a hands on approach; we need to get your stiff joints moving, release the muscles and improve your alignment in order to reduce your pain. Rehabilitation is designed to be specific to your functional problems, to get you strong and stable and to work with your life style.

We understand
We understand that builders have to build, that desk dwellers sit behind their desks 10 plus hours a day, that farmers spend all summer sat on their tractors. We empathise with you when you want to do an Iron Man before you are 50, that you still want to play rugby at 30 something, trek across a desert for charity or that you are simply fed up with being unable to walk the dog up the hill. We will try to work with you to live your life and achieve your goals.

We aim
We aim not just to treat you, but to fix you and come up with a long term resolution. We do not want to keep on treating you forever. In fact, we are disappointed if you are not better in a couple of sessions. It is very much a problem solving approach based on years of experience and sound clinical reasoning. So if you are fed up with going round in circles and not getting a solution, make an appointment and come and try our common sense approach.
