Our physiotherapists work flexible hours. In general we are open from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday but we do offer some evening appointments so please ask and we will do our best!

Reception hours are 9-3pm. If you should phone at a time when we are not here, please leave us a message or send us an e-mail. Emails are picked up outside of reception hours and we will always get back to you as soon as we can.

All appointments are 45 minutes long. We aim to assess and commence treatment in your first session; sometimes 1 appointment is all you need, sometimes a longer course of sessions is required. Until the physiotherapist has assessed you it is difficult to know exactly how many sessions you will need.
We know you are busy and we see patients in all sorts of attire - direct from the office/farm/sports pitch. As long as we can see/get to the area of complaint we don't mind what you wear! If in doubt a pair of shorts is a good idea - you are welcome to change on arrival/departure.
An appointment with Clare Woodward is £65. All other appointments are £55.
We accept card or cash payments.

We ask for 24hours notice for cancellations. There will be a charge of 50% if any less notice is given and the full price of the appointment will be charged if you do not contact us at all.

We aim to find you an appointment within 48 hours of your enquiry. However, if this is not possible, we do operate a waiting list should we receive any last minute cancellations.

We are registered with most Health Insurance companies, please phone to check with us if you are in doubt. To commence treatment and then process your claim we will need your Membership Number and Claim Authorisation Number.

We accept referrals from a wide range of Consultants and GP's. In turn we are able to refer you to some of the best consultants and imaging facilities in the area.

We do offer home visits, however there is a charge to cover mileage and travel time on top of the usual appointment cost.
