Aris is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist. He gained his qualification from the University of the West of England in 2013 and is completing his master's degree in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham. As well as working at Back Into Action, he holds a senior post in his NHS work.

In his many years experience within the NHS and private sector, he has developed advanced clinical skills in assessing and treating conditions from household-related pain to sports injuries in any areas of the body. At Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, he led a lower limb service to facilitate patients’ return to high-level activities.

Apart from his special interest in pain management, he also specialises in Vestibular Rehabilitation for people with dizziness. He is a member of The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Vestibular Rehabilitation.

In his spare time, he enjoys running and cycling. He is also spends a lot of his time on his allotment.
